Meet Nanny Noeline
Born in Sri Lanka, proudly Aussie for over 50 years, Nanny Noelzy is the heart behind Noelzy’s. One of seven children, she grew up surrounded by food, family and plenty of noise – the kind of home where there was always space for one more at the table. Cooking has always been her love language, and chilli sauce her signature.
